Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Delhi NCR: 2–4 business days
Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Any applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking ID to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.
